Nature offers a great variety of herbs and plants, whose benefits are very valuable for our health. The herbal journey to discover medicinal herbs, flowers and plants that can be used as natural remedies and sources for feeling better, starts at the Tourist Office in Ortisei. The trail continues to Val d'Anna and Vico di Sopra, and then back to the house Pizer. In addition to wild plants and garden herbs, topics relating to eco-sustainability, biodiversity and the inner appreciation of nature will also be discussed.

Walking is a natural, innate movement, yet walking should always be adapted to the conditions of the terrain. To walk up, down or across very steep terrain or particularly slippery ground, it is not enough to put one foot in front of the other: You need a minimum of walking technique.
Together with our local certified hiking guide Patrick, you will become better acquainted with the various hiking techniques that will enable you to tackle your next hikes in greater safety, but above all with less effort. We set off from Selva di Val Gardena walking through meadows and forests until arriving to Mont Sëura. There - at the top of the Mont Sëura chairlift - young adventurers will be able to enjoy a truly incredible experience: the ZIPline Monte Pana will allow them to experience the sensations of flying at full speed, touching almost 100 km/h at about 100 m above the ground. After this adrenalin rush, you will return to the starting point, but not without first testing your balance on the slackline that guide Antonio will take with him. Who would have thought that outdoor activities in the Dolomites could be so exciting?

Experience the Val Gardena landscape and nature through the lens of your own camera. The photography workshop will be dedicated to the "Sassolungo" in all its facets. On a simple walk on Monte Pana with Vito Miribung you will learn – using simple tricks - how to photograph the mountain landscape in its various forms.
