Then this short afternoon hike, in the middle of the UNESCO World Heritage Vallunga and Chedul Valley, which are both unique in their kind, is just the thing for you.
Indeed, hiking in the mountains is a very complete physical activity, which is very healthy and of great benefit for strengthening the joints and the back. You will also learn the correct use of trekking poles and discover the great advantages they offer for ascents and descents when used correctly.
This "full immersion course" in a unique mountain environment, is the fastest way to acquire the basic techniques to apply them in your future mountain tours and hikes.
By request, we will also deal with the topics of successful tour planning, emergency management as well as meteorology in the mountains.
