This mountain bike tour with stunning panoramic views starts from Selva di Val Gardena. Accompanied by expert guides, you drive clockwise around the Sella massif. Thanks to the lifts, it will be easy to reach the mountain passes Sella, Pordoi, Campolongo and Gardena. The descents mainly take place on technical single trails.

Alternative tour of the Val Gardena valley with a visit to the oldest church in the valley, Sankt Jakob. It dates back to the 17th century and offers a fresco painting worth seeing on the south façade. In the second part, the tour runs along wonderfully secluded side roads and forest paths and offers surprisingly fun trails between Insom and Annatal. There, the Annatal inn is an idyllic stop in a wonderful location waiting for thirsty bikers' throats.

Trail Arena Val Gardena
Pure trail fun on 13.9 km: the "Trail Arena Val Gardena" offers a total of 6 trails - 3 easy and 2 medium-difficulty flow trails and 1 freeride trail. All trails are connected via lifts and various paths. Of course, the guided tour also includes tips from an expert: a short riding technique course provides the basic knowledge for a good riding feeling and a safe use of the trails. This is exactly what a true biker's heart desires.

Te Val cun la roda
This easy but rewarding excursion amidst the idyllic landscape of Vallunga is ideal for beginners as well as for families. The route starts in S. Cristina along the cycle path and then heads north-east to the Ciampac Hut, which marks the entrance to the Vallunga. Surrounded by the magnificent natural landscape, the route continues along a small path that leads deeper and deeper into the wide valley. The destination is an amazing clearing surrounded by massive rock walls. The return journey is the same as the outward journey.

This tour, featuring some of the region’s most spectacular landscapes, leads us up the largely unspoilt Duron Valley that extends on the southern side of the Sassopiatto and forms the border with the adjacent Catinaccio Group, with its 3000-metre summits. Bikers must overcome two tough climbs to discover this gem, but then come two highly enjoyable descents offering wonderful views of the surrounding Dolomites.
