Something’s brewing: from mountain spring water to beer

The activity begins with a brief introduction to the history of the Monpiër de Gherdëina brewery, its values, and its evolution over time. This is followed by a guided tour, during which the main steps of beer production and the raw materials used are explained. During the tour, participants will have the opportunity to taste five different beers, each served at the relevant stages of the tour. At the end of the activity, those interested can purchase some of the tasted beers in bottles to take home.
