Mountain hike from Seiser Alm to Sciliar

To take part in this very demanding tour you need to be sure-footed, not suffer from vertigo and be physically prepared. The guide first takes the hikers by taxi to the Alpe di Siusi. The first part of the hike runs through the lush green meadows of Europe's largest high plateau to Rifugio Saltner at the foot of the Sciliar massif. Afterwards, the trail leads over numerous serpentines towards Rifugio Bolzano and from there to the highest point of the Sciliar plateau – the Monte Petz - with a magnificent panoramic view. Lunch is then taken at Rifugio Bolzano, before returning along the same route. Finally, the participants return to Val Gardena by taxi (the cost of the return journey is already included in the price).
