During a brief introduction at the farm, you will find out where the milk comes from and how the cream is made, which is then whipped into a churn. This creates a spreadable mass, that you can shape as you like. Before taking the freshly made piece of butter home, you can taste it together with some pieces of delicious “Schüttelbrot”.
