Muay Thai for kids

As part of MitiBlum 2026, a three-day event dedicated to physical and spiritual wellbeing in Val Gardena, an introductory Muay Thai session for children (aged 5 and over) and teenagers (up to 17 years old) will take place on Saturday 20 June on the lawn in front of the Rifugio Comici, with panoramic views of the Dolomites: a dynamic experience to discover a comprehensive discipline that combines physical fitness, coordination and concentration.
This activity is also ideal for beginners, offering a safe and engaging introduction to a martial art rich in tradition and values.
